- Literie horrible. Comme précisé dans de nombreux commentaires, il serait temps de changer le matelas. Mon dos se souvient encore de chacun des ressorts. - Propreté de la SDB : Joints moisis, moisissure sur le carrelage de la douche. (Electricité : sèche serviette raccordé sommairement avec un domino entouré de scotch) - Sécurité : néante. La porte a été fracturé courant Mai 2025 (vous trouverez par ailleurs d'autres commentaires depuis cette date à ce sujet). Une réparation de fortune a été effectuée avec deux planches de bois ne sécurisant pas la porte dont la structure est très fragilisée. Par ailleurs, la serrure 5 points s'est transformée en une serrure 1 point, la porte baille donc principalement en partie haute. Cette situation est très désagréable car par manque de sécurité, nous avons du nous trimbaler l'ensemble de nos biens de valeurs (dont ordinateurs) sur le dos pendant tout notre séjour. En compensation de ces désagréments, nous avons reçu la maigre somme de 30% de refund... Relative mauvaise fois du propriétaire sur le sujet par ailleurs.

Die Wohnungseingangstüre wurde notdürftig geflickt. Auf Nachfrage begründete der Eigentümer dies mit einem Einbruch wobei auch Inventar wie TV entwendet wurde. Die Ausstattungsliste müsste da gegebenfalls in der Beschreibung angepasst werden. Keine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens Ventilator vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus riecht es aufgrund Feuchtigkeit giftig.

Die Lage, der Balkon, die Größe, der Blick. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Freundliche Besitzerin. Morgens auf dem Balkon frühstücken ist ein Traum. Lidl 5min fußläufig.

Es gibt nur einen Topf und eine "Grill"Pfanne, die wir zum normalen kochen eher nicht nutzen konnten. Das Bett ist nicht sehr bequem und nachts sollen die Fenster im Schlafzimmer geschlossen bleiben also kann es sehr warm werden, da es auch keine Klima oder Ventilator gibt. Wenn man Backofen und Herd gleichzeitig nutzt, springt die Sicherung raus.

Las vistas desde la terraza son muy bonitas.

El vestíbulo del edificio está muy deteriorado y la escalera, llena de humedad. La puerta de la casa está remendada de mala manera. Según qué camino tomes para acceder desde el metro es difícil el acceso (más con maletas) incluso hablando de Lisboa.

Spacious

The list of facilities was very inaccurate. There was no tv, no satellite channels, no desk, no fan (42deg while we were there) and when I challenged the host he blamed booking. Com!! There was only one pan but we realised if you opened two burners the electricity cut out. Also no possible to run washing machine and cook same time.

The view from the balcony was nice, but I didn't feel safe staying with the recent break-in and was unhappy with the overall experience.

The accommodations and amenities were not satisfactory. I felt unsafe from the make-shift repair to the main entrance to the space which I was informed by the property owner that this was due to a previous break-in. This forced me to take my valuables with me instead of leaving them in the property every day of my stay. Besides the poor cleanliness of the property, the dishwasher was not functional and worse, there was no television in the property. This amenity is listed and after reading a previous guest review, I messaged to verify that the television would be available, and the owner assured me that there would be one available. Upon my arrival, I found that there was no television. This is unacceptable. The toliet seat was broken and kept coming off the toliet. The shower has black mold and mildew. The bathroom sink drained poorly. The owner claims that it is stated in the booking terms that no daily consumables will be provided i.e. paper towels, shampoo, etc. but I was unable to find this documented anywhere. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. The owner offered only 70 euros compensation and I paid nearly 350 total. This was prepaid and I was unable to change accommodation last minute. I do not a recommend a stay here.
