L'accibilité au logement pas le bon code pour l'ouverture de la porte la clé porte extérieure très difficilement utilisation la laveuse pour le linge...mauvaise odeurs et en bas des fenêtres beaucoup de moisissures

Quando vado in viaggio itinerante con macchina al seguito cerco sempre 3 cose e le ho trovate:1- ascensore molto comodo e diretto al garage ( a Lisbona è essenziale) 2- garage macchina collegato all'appartamento . 3- centralità appartamento per usare meno la macchina e debbo dire che eravamo alloggiati vicino al centro. In più ho considerato l'ampiezza dell' appartamento al di sopra del normale..

Il rumore esterno già previsto dalle recensioni passate che a noi non ha disturbato più di tanto ; L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione CON PIÙ FREQUENZA e la pulizia più curata. Assistenza staff con mancanza di contatto fisico CONTINUO A DIRLO SU TUTTI I SOGGIORNI MAL SI ADATTA AL TURISMO DI PERSONE DI UNA CERTA ETÀ MA NON PERCHÉ SONO IMBRANATE MA IN UN CERTO SENSO PERCHÉ SI SENTONO IGNORATE SE SORGE QUALCHE PROBLEMA.

O Alojamento era incrível além de muito limpo, está conforme nas fotos! Tem tudo desde ferro a pratos, sabão etc! Vale muito a pena

Not a dag thing

Mold growing on the walls in Kitchen. The smell of it was terrible. Mold was in the Bathroom and Shower The management were the rudest people. I have traveled extensively each year. Very happy and satisfied till this place. Anyone thinking of going there. RUN. AS FAST ASAP PLEASE.

The location was great and a good size studio.

The internet was a problem for first 3 days, iron didn't work and mould around doors leading to balcony.

This place does have an underground car space which was great and it is close to town centre but if we were staying in Lisbon again, we’d be looking elsewhere.

We’ve stayed in dozens of apartments over the last 18 months and this one suffers badly by comparison. Arriving by car is difficult because you need a remote control to enter the underground carpark which you can’t get until you get into the apartment, so you have to park elsewhere. We stayed for a week and any parking space available nearby was snapped-up within seconds. The infrastructure of the apartment is showing its age and it needs more maintenance. Crumbling window frames, gaps in the flooring, mould in the shower grout, chipped bath tub, grubby paintwork etc. Even the art on the walls is falling apart. No amount of cleaning can fix some of the issues here. The bottle opener and corkscrew was useless for both functions. There is newish, clean and comfortable furniture but the mattress and pillows whilst adequate could be a lot better. On the up side, towels and hot water were good, there is a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Note that whilst on the famous 28 tram route, this section of the route currently uses a small bus due to various roadworks. It is on a noisy street and there is consistently noise from passersby even in the early hours of the morning. The managers did address some of the issues we raised, for example replacing the bottle opener and replacing several light bulbs.
