FLH São Bento Lovely Studio

Beautiful well equipped studio in an excellent location.

We couldn’t get the air conditioning working for over 24hrs and it was super hot. Staff were slow to respond. Also need more instruction on how to open the garage at check-in. We turned up and tried the keys. We weren’t told the buzzer was located in the apartment and that we needed to gain access first.

Nb1]The Stove doesn't work! Expecting to cook, NO kettle only a coffee pod machine. Not good enough. 2]The Noise level from street Terrible Not a Sound proof apartment!! Jst wasn't a Restful environment due to noise. 3]Bed very uncomfortable , Not good for your back, it was Hard as a board Needs a quality mattress. 4]Pillows only one that is durable that is firm the other one felt like cotton wool in it and very bad for kneck! 5]Cleaning should be every second day if it's a serviced apartment. No cleaning while we there a bit odd. A very Beautiful apartment but a pity for the unattended key factors above, that made our stay unpleasant. Bless.

It is clean and comfortable. The room is big.

Nice, and well furnished apartment

Maybe it's only temporary but the building was full of mosquitos - in the hallways, in the elevator and about 20 in the apartment, plus some marks from where someone else had killed some previously. Very strange, as generally mosquitos are not a problem in Lisbon. Maybe they could invest in one of the small plugin repellents to scare them away.
