Xavier - Alfama Apartment River View

From the moment I booked the whole experience was fantastic. The staff answered all my questions immediately within seconds.. the comfort of the apartment is great. The location was perfect. And fast wifi. Self check in was easy . The amount of cooking facilities was perfect.. I was also surprised to see basics supplied like coffee, tea, sugar and so on. Definitely one of my favorite places. And great value for money

The apartment is up 4 flights to stairs, they are narrow and steep. Not a problem for me but for some it might be

Muchas escaleras, muy empinadas, el anfitrión tampoco no se puso en contacto con nosotros para nada de echo nos dejó en la calle más de tres horas, y tuve que pagar más de l reserva. La tv solo en portugués y english y nada de canales de pago. Las vistas bonitas pero en obras con grúas que trabajaban 24 h, mucho ruido. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Y la cama nada que ver con l foto, cogines como almohada.

Не понравилась плесень в душевой и что частично осыпалась штукатурка в комнате на стене возле кровати. Большая слышимость соседей.

Purtroppo per raggiungere l'appartamento si devono salire 4 rampe di scale molto ripide, difficili da salire con i bagagli

Nice, small and cozy apartment. Great location! In the middle of beautiful Alfama. 15min walk to the city centre. 5min walk to a Metro station. Nice places to eat nearby. The apartment had everything needed. It was very clean and confortable. Nice sea view and very easy access from the main street.

Everything was great during our stay. Keep in mind it is a 4th floor with narrow and steep steps. The walls are very thin and one can clearly hear the neighbours, but luckily for us it was only a couple of times, for short periods and never until late in the night. The AC was not working on "heating mode", but at the end it wasn't necessary.
