Xavier - Alfama Apartment River View

Good location in Alfama on a little ‘Beco’ (lane). Kitchen, bathroom and lounge satisfactory. O. 4th floor with big views- but building work happening atm

However bedroom wall is very thin adjoining next door, so when they came in at 1am, I thought they were in my room! Floorboards creak from one apartment to the next and noise from pipes very loud. I slept on the lounge sofabed in the end.

El apartamento ,el acceso a el fatal,escaleras horrorosas e inaccesibles. A mí mascota le costaba bajar de lo difíciles que eran .Se oyen todos los ruidos del apartamento de al lado, la lámpara de la habitación con los cables por ahí...no volvería ni lo recomiendo

Nada. El sitio estaba cerca de una obra y de la estación. La parte más chunga. El piso es un cuarto sin ascensor, con escaleras estrechas y empinadas y el sofá cama ridículo. No es un apartamento para 4 personas. Es un cuchitril.

Die Lage ist traumhaft praktisch. Bahstation gleich um die Ecke und der Tajo und das schöne Viertel vor der Tür. Leider war während meines Aufenthaltes eine relativ große Baustelle schräg links vorm Apartment. Man muss die Kräne einfach ausblenden, dann ist es trotzdem ein toller Blick aus dem Fenster. Der Vermieter Victor ist unglaublich nett und versorgt einen mit allen erdenklichen Informationen rund ums Stadtviertel. Von angebotenem Flughafentransfer bis zu Restauranttipps war alles mit dabei. Mir persönlich vielleicht sogar etwas zu kommunikativ, aber nicht aufdringlich. Alles war sauber und die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Klimaanlage hat wunderbar funktioniert und glaubt mir, ihr braucht sie ;-)

Die Wände sind dünn. Jede Bewegung, jedes Gespräch und alle Dinge die sonst so passieren in den Nachbarwohnungen sind dadurch gut hörbar. Das stört ein wenig wenn man abends zur Ruhe kommen will. Wer das ausblenden kann wird sich wohlfühlen - wer nicht dem helfen Oropax ;-) Die steile Treppe zum Apartment wurde ja schon von vielen zuvor erwähnt und es ist was dran. Vorallem der fehlende Handlauf auf dem letzten Stück kann einen einschüchtern. Größtes Manko ist aber die "Couch", wenn man sie so nennen möchte. Diese ist als solche kaum zu gebrauchen und müsste dringend mal erneuert werden. Aber...

Appartamento situato al 4 piano con scale strettissime e a picco, scomodissimo per chi ha bagagli. Area attualmente ricca di cantieri quindi impossibile riposare durante la giornata.

We needed somthing for one night near the train station and it was very close. 6min walk. Also had a nearby self washing station and luggage storage.

It was up four very narrow flights of stairs that were dark and the room was very tiny. The floors were load and there was all construction for our view. Very very loud construction. The beds and bedding were not great.
