Exceptional value for money. Perfectly connected. 3rd floor with no elevator and very steep stairs but in lisbon you should expect to go up and down often. To the owners: you could add a scaffold over the bed and please change the bedside lamp, too bright! But I'm just nitpicking now

The host attention

Too expensive for the quality: 1) the "bed sofa" was not such, it was painful even seating there. So, only 2 people can sleep in the apartment. 2) 4 floors without lift. The main issue are that the stairs are really steep and narrow, highly dangerous for small kids and old people. 3) the bathroom was old and had some mold in rhe shower walls.

very clean and with a very beautiful view of the port, close to the bus, center, fado restaurants. if you can get over the fact that it is on the 4th floor without an elevator, with narrow stairs, you will have a very nice experience!

Excellent location, with a short walk to the old town restaurants and cruise terminal. Exceptional view of the cruise port. If you want to stay in the old town area with all the classic restaurants and feel, this is the place for you.

It is a bit small but is manageable. The lounge it not very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs inside the building and they are very steep and thin. Knowing these negatives, I would still recommend staying here.

Had all of the basic things needed. The view was nice. Plenty of paper products and kitchen stuff.

The bed was small and not very comfortable. We had to search to find a blanket ( in a box under the bed. Couch and shower door needs to be replaced. Floor was not very clean.

Very responsive owner

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience staying in this overpriced apartment which is very tiny. The fact that it dont mention it is in the 4th floor with many steep and narrow stairs with no lift!! We were 4 persons carrying 2 luggage each! We had to climb with 8 luggages in this narrow common stairs and also an elderly over 60+ was with us. And was very difficult for him to go up this stairs. Not to mention that it is very hard to find, no location on google maps had come up.
