Xavier - Alfama Apartment River View

The view was spectacular!! Loved throwing open the windows in the morning and watching the colors change in sunset. The bed was comfy and the little table right in front of the window made sitting and watching the water absolutely perfect. Also the location close to the metro and also all the Fado restaurants was lovely.

There was construction across the street that started around 7am which was a bit noisy, but when the windows are closed it blocked most of the sound which I was grateful for!

Super sweet appartment in Alfama, perfectly situated, nice seaview as promised. We liked the the Portuguese neighborhood flair, the steep narrow streets and stairs up the hills, the small restaurants and bars a lot. The host was really helpfull, a lot of good advice, tries to make all wishes possible.

Even though there was constructions nearby you couldn't hardly hear that through the closed windows - so no problem / nothing to complain at all.

Well prepared with all amenities.

The access is too steep, too many stairs, difficult for small children and elderly. It is the last flat at the top. This was not clear to me at the beginning and we had some difficulties to bring our luggage up. Unloading the car in a close location is not that easy, especially to bring things up the appartment.

Very nice small apartment with lovely view

Location was very hard to find. The stairs to the unit were narrow & very steep. 4 flights to the top. Not safe for those with suitcases, Ok for those with backpacks only.

Perfect location Beautiful place For those with cars don't worry The parking is only 5 minutes away walking We loved it ❤️
