super clean apartment in a great neighbourhood with everything you need for a long stay.

the key collection is a little bit of a hassle because you can collect it at 3p and then you won't get into the apartment until later. shower needs some attention as water leaks. Walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors, but that's city life isn't it?

Location was very close to our venue and the apartment was spacious and comfortable.

the biggest pro was the location.

they were clearly trying to hide extensive water damage and visible mold with a houseplant. there was visible mold painted over in the shower. it was very dusty on arrival, I bought cleaning supplies to make it more comfortable.

It wasn't clear from the listing that picking up the keys was slightly complicated. The office is no where near the apartment, so you'll need to take two separate cabs from the airport, for example. So if you're getting into Lisbon, plan on extra time to make it all the way to the apartment. Wifi was weak. There is a kitchen as advertised, but there's not even a single bag of tea to get you through your first morning. The bathroom has small, single use plastic packets of hair/body soap. It would be great if they used large refillable bottles instead of all that plastic.

it’s a bit annoying having to travel quite far away to pick up the keys. I don’t understand why can’t this be done by using a key box like most other places.

The location is good, not too far from city center by foot but still there is a bit to walk...

The apartment is very well decorated and organized. We made good use of the oven and fridge. It’s located in a calm street with anything you might need really close by: a mini supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants and even a great cookie shop and a Geek store! The subway is a good 15 minutes away walking.

They should leave more towels available. As a couple we used the same 2 towels 3 days. They could leave an extra pair in the closet. The amenities in the bathroom (the shampoo and shower gel) are very very very poor. Thank god for the supermarket nearby where we could buy some. We took the trash out as asked of us… but we think that this should be something that the cleaning crew should do. The last thing a person on vacation needs to think about is “have I taken out the trash?”. The neighbors were a bit rude too but that might depend on who you cross. We think that a full size mirror would be good addition to the apartment.
