Santa Joana Apartments with garden and heated pool

It’s a wonderful place in Lisbon, Portugal. We had a great time.

Everything was perfect

Great, comfortable, clean and conveniently located place! Communication was great, the place was spotless and the host was super friendly and adaptable. We travelled with a child and there was a cot, a box with toys and a kid's eating chair waiting for us upon arrival – super thoughtful. The area is also lovely, with wide streets and many options for (grocery) shopping, eating or drinking available nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again if needed!

Amazing place. The location is very good. Close to the underground station and bus station connecting with old town. Public parking on the street maximum 4 hours per day for 3.2€ so you can park without problems. The apartment is very cosy but you can find everything what you need. We've been with 4 adults and everyone had a space. Apartment is modern and very clean! Really high standards!!The pool and areas around is stunning. Highly recommended!! Very good and helpful contact with owners.

Overall ok

I loved everything about this property! The staff were very kind, Friendly, polite,accommodating and spoke good English. They really looked after us, brought us fresh towels, recommended places to go and left us plenty of toys, high chair, travel cot with bedding for our toddler. The property was absolutely beautiful. It was very modern, decorated really nice and everything was practically brand new. It was comfortable and clean. The power shower was amazing and the baby items the owners left for us were very useful. The staff had gone out of their way for us and our toddler. The kitchen had an oven and hobs to cook if you’d like and had all the utensils needed. There was a coffee machine with pods left for us. We made use of the fridge for toddlers milk and food etc. The pool was beautiful and a great size. It had sun loungers around and got the sun on it for most of the day. There was even outdoor showers and toilets! There is a laundry room with 3x washing machines in and air hoses to dry clothes on. This was super useful for us with a toddler who was constantly dirty. It saved us from doing loads of washing when we go home back in the UK with rubbish weather. The location was fantastic. It was a short walk away (around 10 minutes) from the metro station which then took us another 10 minutes approximately to get to the centre of Lisbon. There was plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and shops around the accommodation also. Lidl was around a 5 minute walk away. We definitely recommend this place!

Not the aparments fault, but it is an hour away from the central tourist spots. Don’t be fooled by the maps! Close to bus stops but not the metro..

The pool and the peaceful environment and of course the hosts are wonderful helpful people!

There is nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at Santa Joana. We were a group of 3. The location was just what we were looking for quiet and private but near shops and facilities and a pleasant walk away from metro ( about 7 minutes away ). Our host was so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless with everything you would need although it was a little tight for 3 adults. The swimming pool was lovely and very secluded and private which was great! I would highly recommended Santa Joana Apartment and would like to add a big thank you to Natalie for all she did for us during our stay. Hope to return to Santa Joana in the future.
