The location was very good. 10 walking from the metro, and 10 minutes with metro to the city centre. Quite area with a lot of restaurants and bakery nearby. The house has everything inside, even shampoo and shower gel. Coffee also enough for four days that we stayed .

The only thing that we didn't like were the mattress in the bedroom, was a bit hard.

I initially chose this property because the reviews seemed reasonable and the description was quite promising. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. On the first night, the heating was set to 23 degrees, making the room unbearably hot. When I tried to turn on the air conditioning, it didn't work. The representative I dealt with suggested turning off the electrics via the switchboard, but there wasn’t even a switchboard to be found. Instead, I was advised to leave the doors and windows open while closing the shutters, which was a terrible solution. I ended up having a horrible night's sleep with flies buzzing around my ears and waking up with bug bites, including one on my eyelid. The following morning, I reported the issue and was told the property would be fumigated to address the bug problem. However, when I returned later that evening, nothing had been done. The bugs were still present, and the situation was disgusting and unacceptable. This was an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Basic issues like temperature control and cleanliness should never be overlooked, especially when they affect the comfort and health of guests.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is cozy. The bedroom and sofa bed are super comfy. Plenty of storage space. The pool area was clean and it was lovely to meet other guests who stayed in the apartments next to ours. The hosts communicated check in instructions well prior to our stay and were available immediately to answer any questions. The location was perfect for us. It felt very private and there are some lovely cafes and supermarkets nearby. We can't wait to stay here again.

The house was an excellent stay for our family. My kids enjoyed the pool as we were lucky to catch the sunshine. The landlord provided initial items like coffee pods, cleaning stuff etc which was nice. It was clean and quiet. My 7 yo son loved to play football and basketball in the small yard as well.

Nice apartment. Done up to a high standard. Great location. Easily commutable to centre and local amenities in walking distance.

I thought the ground/ garden upkeep could have been better. Was a pile if rubbish and a few materials that could have been tidied up very simply. Would have made it look better with very minimal effort.

* a bit tight for 4 people (especially with sofa unfolded all the time) * the sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep * the water pressure under shower was so big that it was overflowing very quickly * we were surprised with a city tax that was double the amount we had calculated within the booking; I understand that it might change but I was not making a direct reservation but via platform that presents me with the final sum I will be paying in the end and I made it months before the city tax got changed that's why in my opinion it's unfair to suddenly require more
