La ubicación. Hay cerca un supermercado y cerca el metro

Al segundo día de llegar nos encontramos una cucaracha andando por la vitrocerámica. Llamo al dueño y me dijo que era normal encontrarse cucarachas, que el ya sabía dicho problema y se quedó tan ancho dándome esa respuesta. Al tercer día me encontré otra (pequeña pero otra) en el baño. Si os gusta vivir con cucarachas es el lugar ideal. La cisterna del baño va bastante más y la taza se mueve. Hay bastante mal olor a tuberías. Dicen que hay productos de limpieza pero no te dejan ningún producto para fregar el suelo.

Loved the welcoming flask of port, so nice! David and his family were so accommodating. We were able to leave a small backpack of things we didn't want to lug around for a small fee, we were SO GRATEFUL!

It would have been nice to have sheets for the futon available, however David did bring them right away!

Great apartment located well to explore Lisbon. Read some mixed reviews but we found the apartment presented beautifully and very spacious and well stocked.

Located in a limited car zone so we couldn’t get picked up by taxi/uber and had to walk suitcases up some big hills! Just to note in case you are not mobile

Water was running in the toilet so we called the manager but the guy didn't show up; therefore all day wasting the water.

I loved the location, right in the heart of everything. Plenty of things to do within walking distance which is what I am generally looking for.

The pictures were very misleading. The bedroom was not like it was pictured at all. The kitchen and especially the bathroom was very misleading as well. There is no "terrace" as shown either. They simply used different pictures of a different apartment (maybe another one they own) and tried to advertise that it would be as such if you rented from them. The shower was horrible and only provided about 2 or 3 minutes (and that's generous) of hot water. When I tried to explain that to the host he acted surprised but would not engage or do anything about. He just simply ignored me after I confirmed it was not working as it should. Sometimes the only thing you want after a long day of travel is a nice hot shower and I could not take one for the duration of my stay. His lack of caring was the most frustrating as he just ghosted after being explained I couldn't take a shower for more than a couple of minutes before the water became freezing cold.
