LovelyStay - 3 Bedroom Downtown Wonderwall

It's a beautiful, spacious apartment in an AMAZING location. Really, I can't praise the location enough, is so great it's ridiculous. Everything is in walking distance and the neighborhood is beautiful.The apartment itself is very comfortable, with a high ceiling, beautifuly lit, spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows and a dining room, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite, connected to the second bedroom) and a big kitchen, and a small storage room with a washer and a dryer. One bedroom which shares a wall with the living room does not have a facade window, but a window that looks into the living room so the room is indirectly lit, but has shutters for privacy. The second bedroom has a small balcony (which opens into a small atrium), and an ensuite bathroom. Third bedroom is the smallest and has a bunk bed. We were a group of six friends and the property really exceeded our expectations.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Location and size. The kitchen is beautiful and living and dining was great.

Hall bathroom had a leak on the ceiling and cabinets in terrible shape. Shower curtain was badly installed and it would stick to you when bathing. No air conditioning and some fans left were dirty and in bad conditions. No extra towels.

The location! I did not realize that it was located in the center of Lisbon where everywhere is just walkable. The apartment is exactly what it looks in the posting. We enjoyed taking pictures at the balcony. I actually recommended this place to my friend who plans to visit with her family too.

Nothing but there was just a minor issue-I informed the management about some drippings from the ceilings in one of the bathrooms. They provided some additional towels to help out. Now, that they have been notified of this minor issue, they will be taking care of it. Unfortunately, they could not do it while we occupied the apartment because we were so busy with our trips and they honored our request not to go in when we were out.

Complete and rather spacious apartment, matching description, well equipped, situated nicely in the old town with everything it has to offer in walking distance.

It does not have airconditioning, but this was manageable with cooler nights. Also parking in this part of town can be a real challenge. It is easier not to have a car.

Location, close to bottom of hills, great access to restaurants and shops.

Very difficult to get the code to open the lockbox for the keys to the apartment. Made several calls, got re routed, lost calls, again and again; all this is cold rainy day waiting outside the apartment to get access.

Clean property, well suited to a family or multiple people.

Parking is tight but still doable for a short stay

The apartment is spacious, lovely presented and its location is excellent 👌. It was a perfect base to explore the amazingly beautiful city, there were lots of nice restaurants at the doorstep. The place was super centrally located, but quiet - we slept well, beds were very comfy and all the bedding nice and clean. We did not use the kitchen at all as we were out all days, but it looked fully equipped. Communication with the management of the property was excellent. They were very responsive, communicated nicely, and the entry instructions were easy and straightforward. We would happily stay at this apartment again and highly recommend this place to other travellers (the location is really 10/10!). 😍

Shower curtain was dirty and in need of replacement, bathrooms could do with a more thorough cleaning as tiles / groutings were a bit yellowish / pinkish which was not nice. That was addressed to the owner and hope that gets improved for future guests.
