Grandmommy's House - Traditional and comfy Lisboan apartment

Appartamento accogliente e con doppi bagni. Essendo noi due coppie di amici era l'ideale. L'host è stato veramente disponibile, sia periodo check in serata sia per fornirci ogni risposta alle nostre richieste. Per raggiungere il centro c'è a circa 600 metri fermata per bus o tram 28. Altrimenti anche la metro linea gialla a 500 mt. Una chicca il patio esterno.

Big enough for 3 of us!! 2 bathrooms were perfect just like home!! The kitchen is complete and has a large-sized fridge with ice all week long. Sorry, I didn't book for the whole 2 weeks!!. The washing machine was a great option although it didn't spin the water out completely!! It makes a perfect apartment for all. year-long!!!

The twin beds are noisy and a bit uncomfortable! There is no closet space, but there is plenty of room on dressers for all 3 of us!! The frying pans for eggs in the morning 🌄 was bad!! The Teflon was worn out the other tenants didn't treat them right!!. The outside patio was a bit full of pigeons someone next door feeds them and 🐀 rats at the bottom floor same apartment! Luckily they didn't visit. Fig tree. Love free figs!! Also found a little lizard and safe her life!! Took it to park around corner!! The flowers needed water and i water them and started blooming and the flowers 💐 were beautiful. I personally did have any problems for except rats but sister did!! So we kept back door close and locked at all times. Washing machine didn't spin water completely so cloths stay wet! But hang them out and sun did the job!! But overall I loved the place and town and the price was just right for all the extras!!

La casa tiene mucho más encanto del que se aprecia en las fotos.Es una bella combinación de muebles de anticuario, vintage y modernos. Mención especial merecen los techos altísimos impecablemente pintados y el soberbio suelo de madera. El patio trasero con su buganvilla y hoguera es tan tranquilo que parece mentira que estés en medio de Lisboa: una delicia. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo pero un barrio no turístico.

Large apartment, traditionally equipped, clean, comfortable. Good neighbourhoud with restaurants, bars, and shops in walking distance. Welcoming owner, gave us a lot of useful information about Lisabon and the area.

terrace is large, but there is a flock of pigeons few meters away, which may bez disruptive to some
