La atención de Laura de 10, se preocupó por nuestra estancia en todo momento ya fuera en persona o estando en contacto por mensaje. El apartamento muy bonito, limpio y tenía lo indispensable, incluso tabla y plancha para la ropa. Además, Laura muy amablemente nos proporcionó bolsitas de té y cápsulas para hacernos café. El baño y la ducha son muy cómodos. El aire acondicionado es potente, funciona perfectamente.

Las almohadas eran más bien cogines finos y el colchón se hundía un poco. Echamos en falta un microondas. La nevera es pequeña pero para dos personas (y en nuestro caso una estancia de 5 días) es más que suficiente, aunque durante un día nos dejó de funcionar aún no sabemos por qué.

Tout. Studio en souplex avec deux espaces séparés (nuit et salon/cuisine), top, très grand, très bien placé et très confortable. Lit super confortable et très grand.Terrasse/courette au calme très agréable. Accueil par Laura, Française, elle-même très appréciable pour prendre en mains le studio et le quartier. Je recommande ce logement.

Le manque de lumière (souplex) mais il fait frais donc en Juillet parfait.

Great location, and our initial interaction with Laura was welcoming. However there were many other things that were not good as I listed in the things I didn't like.

Unfortunately, all the negative reviews about this listing are absolutely accurate. And I deeply regret not having read them more thoroughly before booking. 1. First and foremost, despite the mention of a "balcony," this is a basement apartment. The entire space has a noticeable moldy odor, and there are visible light mold spots in various areas, indicating a persistent humidity problem. 2. As other reviewers have pointed out, the heater is ineffective during colder months. It simply does not function as advertised, leaving the apartment uncomfortably cold. 3. The bed is indeed saggy and extremely uncomfortable, as mentioned by previous guests. Sleep quality was severely compromised. 4. Lastly, the bathroom partially flooded. While the host, Laura, claimed it wasn't a leak after we departed, stating the pipes were new and it wasn't a toilet issue, the strong sewage smell strongly suggests otherwise. It's unclear if the water originated from the shower or the toilet, but the resulting odor was unbearable. By our last night, the apartment was simply uninhabitable. The combination of mildew, the sewage smell in the bathroom, the cold, and the uncomfortable bed forced us to leave and find alternative accommodation. I strongly advise potential guests to carefully consider these issues before booking. Honestly, I would have chalked this up to a bad experience and moved on. However, Laura was unwilling to compensate me for the one night we didn't stay, despite the apartment's condition forcing us to leave early. I felt it was only fair to receive a refund for the night we couldn't stay, but Laura disagreed. Therefore, bitterness aside, I feel it's only right to provide a complete, unbiased, factual review of my experience.

Location is amazing, old town is within a walking distance. The apartment is very cozy and the decoration looks nice and makes you feel at home. Laura is very friendly and was welcoming us in person.

Though the bathroom is very clean, but somehow it is lacking proper ventilation and always smells humid and moldy. It didn’t bother us at first, but after spending few days, we felt a bit annoyed of the smell.

Anyone looking to book this property should be made very aware that it is actually located in a basement The pictures and description are misleading particularly because it does not have a balcony as stated and the patio doors lead into a long chute that runs through a very old tall building. The bright pictures must have veen taken using artificial lighting, and as the air circulation was so poor we had to leave within 20 minute as I was suffering from a bad asthma attack. Disappointingly neither the host nor booking.com would refund our pre paid 3 night stay even though the property is still being advertised incorrectly. We would never have booked this apartment as we always ensure there are at the very least windows if a balcony or terrace is not available. Only offering 50 euros after years of booking many properties with them is very poor and certainly not good customer service
