This is a self service room room with no food as advertized, so bring your own food. The property has cooking utensils. I struggled with getting the BOLT from the airport to the property as none of them were available. After attempting 4 times, I switched to UBER, which drove me all the way to the junction between R Alianca Operari Street and Vila Rodriguez. In the middle of nowhere, with all my luggages, the driver told were have arrived and it was raining. I could not find the place. We rang the owner, who informed me that the property is not ready to be occupied. After a back and forth discussions, the owner eventually directed us to drive along the narrow lane in the vicinity until we find a white door labelled D. I knocked on the door and an old lady responded nicely to inform me that the place I am looking for is downstairs in the basement. I contacted the owner again, informing her that I need a place to wait while they are preparing the apartment for my occupation, as it has started raining and the Uber driver has left me outside. She told me to wait for her outside, as they have no waiting area. After 1 hour, she came and gave me the keys and showed me the property. The property has fast internet, cooking stove, extractor fan, a room fan, a TV and couch that can be unfolded to make it into a bed. There were towels and blankets. There was a kitchenette with cabinets and cooking utensils.

The property is in the basement, with inadequate ventilation, so expect it to be humid and damp. The shower support is extremely short, when taking a shower, I have to use one hand to lift the shower above my head, as there was nothing to support iit above my head

Easy check in and out. Comfortable sofa.

Very humid and hot, not able to stay comfy.
