Very clean, secure and comfortable. Great location near to the station. Great communication with owner. Parking in secure car park.

Lounge TV not working upon arrival but quickly fixed by owner. Noise from apartment above late into the night, early morning.

Very nice place to stay, just across the railway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very big, clean amd quiet.

The location is good for travelling across Belgium, but is a litle bit far from city center

Close to train station

No AC even thought it was advertised as having air conditioning. There was only one small portable and it blew out very hot air when AC mode was turned on. Very warm in the flat. With windows open, there was just too much outside noise.

The apartment is located close to the Guillemins train station and is very accessible by train and local tram network. Check-in was done at the Ibis desk located in the same building complex. The area surrounding the apartment has been re-developed and has several restaurants and a small grocery store on the same block. We attended a conference at the Palais de Congress, which was an easy walk down to the river and over the pedestrian bridge . The apartment was clean, well-equipped and spacious...perfect for an extended business trip.
