GUILLEMINS STATION FLATS

10 minutes walking distance from Liege-Guillemins station. Check-in at IBIS hotel next door. At the reception, Rose, was extremely helpful. A very comfortable and spacious apartment. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer.

It was clean

Just the hot water and heater didn’t work,water it was to cold.

Really convenient location for the train station. We were not only visiting Liege itself, but also using it as a base from which to visit other cities by train, so this was ideal for us. The opening of the new tram system next year will improve the accessibility of the apartment to the centre of Liege. The apartment was scrupulously clean, had all necessary facilities, and the beds were really comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and dealt efficiently with our various queries

No instructions for television or for ceramic hob. No mugs. We could have done with sharper knives.The plug for the bath wasn't water-tight, meaning that all the water gradually seeped out! These are, however, minor gripes- the apartment overall was comfortable and well-appointed.

Rooms were great and plenty of space! Easy check in, right near the station and some good food options. We stayed for the Grand Prix weekend and can recommend .

It’s listed as having aircon but it’s a portable aircon and blows more hot air out the back than cool air out the front.

I like the wide area in the apartment and the whole stuff starting with the responsible gentleman (the manager) he was very kind and generous with us and the other stuff in the reception desk except one blonde lady I think her name was Laura she needs to know how to deal with the costumers equally and don't giving you a feel that you are lying when we tell her about our cleaning appointment that we have already and also when we asked to borrow the umbrella because it was raining for my children she said you should pay 15 euros!!! And the other stuff they told me you can use them anytime !! But at all we really liked the place and the stuff.

There is no air conditioning it was a cooler.. but the manager and the stuff try there best to help us in this issue.

The apartment was big and it is easy enough to check in at the reception of the hotel next door.

The location is handy for the station but wasn’t a great stop for the sights. The floor of the apartment wasn’t clean, it was sticky as if there had been a party recently. The flat is massive but is not cosy or particularly nice. It really is only useful for hosting a party (there are 24 glasses in the cupboard).

Strange situation with climatization - we could not adjust it. The AC in the bedroom, while very noisy was producing hot air along with cool one - very strange. We did not report the problem, as were lucky with outside temp (~18 C) so open windows did the job for us. But if it was hotter, I would inquire for help from the hosts....
