Need to renew some of the furniture (eg broken chairs)

The apartment was spacious and the terrace is a plus (we didn't use it because it was cold outside but in summer it must be amazing). Not very close to the city centre (about 15 minutes walk) but close enough to it and very close to the bus stop and to an area with many restaurants and shops located 5 minutes walk across the bridge on the river. The owner sent us all the important and clear information about the check-in and we had no problem in checking in and out.

There was only a split of the air conditioning and this was located in the main room with the table and the sofabed, which made this area very comfortable. On the contrary in the next room (the main bedroom with the matrimonial bed) the warm air was not getting inside at all and the room was very cold. The small kitchenette was outside the apartment in the common area and here there was no air conditioning making difficult to go out to get all the things we needed (glasses, drinks located in the fridge outside, wash disher, and so on...).

It was close to the city center.

heating type was only air conditioner and unfortunately it wasnot enough. ıt was freezing all night.

The property does not correspond to the description in several key points. The place of terrible quality. We could not stay there and had to book another hotel. The owner declined to respond to the request from Booking.com to refund the booking. Apparently, a fraudulent listing.

The room was clean and the stuff polite. The room has potential

I really think the room is not in a state to be rented out. There is no door to the bathroom, no curtain by the window next to the toilet seat (that looks straight to the neighbor terrace) and other small things need to be fixed
