The Eaves in Lynton, Exmoor, Devon

The property was spotlessly clean . It was well equipped . The owner provided us with scones and jam and cream and milk which we really enjoyed and appreciated. The property is comfortable and cosy.

The Eaves is in a stunning location with fabulous views and a short stroll from Lynton and Lynmouth. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and bright, with a fun, upcycling vibe to some of the fixtures. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and communicative.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very helpful hosts, ideal location for finishing the Two Moors Way walk.

A perfect hideaway on the side of the valley with fabulous views. We've enjoyed our stay so much, great horseriding and a long coastal walk. The nearby Cottage Inn also v welcoming with delicious Thai menu.

The property was clean and comfortable, with lots of light, and we loved that each room has its own en-suite. The area is beautiful and exceeded expectations. We would definitely return and certainly recommend!

There's nothing not to like!

Eine steile Treppe muss man hinauf und dann erreicht man sie, die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit tollem Blick, bequemenen Sofas, bequemen Betten und allem, was das Reisenden"herz" begehrt. Wir fanden es einfach wunderbar. Gut, dass uns die Besitzerin mitgeteilt hatte, dass man, um Essen gehen zu können, Tische reservieren muss. Schöne Wanderwege, Lynton und Lynmouth sind - wenn man gut zu Fuß ist - fußläufig zu erreichen. Bei Selbstverpflegung sollte man seine Einkäufe vorher erledigt haben, es gibt in Lynton nur einen kleinen geöffneten "Tante Emma Laden".

Absolut nichts.

Es ist die sauberste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise. Wir sind begeistert!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll von den Besitzern eingerichtet und man hat hier alles, was man für ein paar Tage benötigt. Es fühlt sich an, wie zu Hause. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl hier. Ein toller Ausblick auf den kleinen Fluss vom Fenster aus.

Wir hatten bei der Buchung übersehen, dass wir viele Stufen steigen müssen, bevor wir in unser Apartment gelangen, aber andererseits trainiert es auch die Beine :-)

Great location to get down to the coast. We would stay again if we came down this way again.
