The Eaves in Lynton, Exmoor, Devon

The Eaves was exceptionally well thought out for comfort and Michelle and Lee have thought of everything it was very clean and there was some treats for Larry the dog and a very fresh Devon cream tea which was a lovely surprise, The Eaves is ideally located for walkers with a short road free walk into town and excellent for anyone wanting to fish both sea trout and salmon, day tickets for the fishing can be purchased at the local petrol station, I will definately be returning for another visit the The Eaves, very highly recommended

A lovely very comfortable apartment with everything that we needed.

Lovely views. Comfortable. Nice location for visiting Lynton/ Lynmouth Nice walks from doorstep.

Some will find the access steps difficult, especially carrying luggage/ provisions in.

Lovely Riverside location, great views and superb, comfortable beds. And a nice cream tea left for us.

Steps up to the property were a bit challenging but that's the nature of the location.

We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of Michelle , Lee and Ella. We were very grateful they were around to help us carry our luggage up the steps. We very much appreciated the welcome cream tea which was a lovely touch.

The steep drive and 28 steep steps to reach the super appartment were quite tricky. I had not read about this in the booking. com website. Had I missed it?

Perfect location with lovely views. Spacious rooms. Spotlessly cleaned. Furnished to a high standard with every amenity required.

There was nothing to dislike

The location was the best part, very relaxing overlooking the river.

The weather but that’s not the property fault 😂

The property was lovely and the hosts were lovely people, they were there when we needed to ask a question about something and also left us alone and gave us privacy. Really wonderful place.
