The Eaves in Lynton, Exmoor, Devon

A perfect two bedroom, two bathroom property with absolutely everything thought of ,could not recommend highly enough.The property was very, very clean . Only very slight draw back is the entrance is up some steps which was fine for us as no mobility problems plus the charming owners did offer to carry up our luggage and would have helped us down with it if we had needed it. A lovely shortish walk into Lynton and then down the cliff railway to Lynmouth.

We liked everything.

Excellent accommodation in every way. Very comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen and lounge, beautiful views from the property.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

Can't fault apartment very comfortable clean and warm with everything you need.

The property is lovely and well equipped. The Devon cream tea we found in the fridge was a welcome surprise. As were the dog treats which went down very well with our 2 cockapoos! Views from the lounge and main bedroom are beautiful. The Thai Restaurant/pub serves lovely food and is walking distance.

Access to the property is up a steep hill and then steps so not suitable for anyone who is unsteady on their feet. Location is very pretty but a little out of the main town. Ideal for walking or if you planned to drive everywhere.
