"This was / is a perfect escape leisure vacation like I exactly wanted !!"

I go to lapu lapu area because it’s quiet, everyone is friendly and you can do nothing or you can be busy if you desire to be . The condo is extremely clean , the room is better than I hoped for . The balcony overlooks the Cebu city side .. nice sunrise and sunset . It’s truly pure leisure as I wanted it to be …

Honestly i find it difficult to say anything bad about the condo .. I suppose only me trying to get breakfast ordered in via texting on my cell was kinda of an issue . That’s all !!

Overall stay is wonderful! From booking to check-in was very smooth. Location is very accessible The unit is clean, bed is comfortable, kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking and bathroom is clean. Will definitely recommend for those who are looking for a safe and comfortable stay!

Der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert, auch spät am Abend, was sehr unkompliziert war. Das Gebäude selbst wirkt allerdings insgesamt stark heruntergekommen und innen wenig einladend. Besonders der Aufzug und die Flure hinterlassen keinen guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer war zwar oberflächlich sauber, hat aber leider deutlich unangenehm nach Urin gerochen, was den Aufenthalt sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt hatte man dadurch ein eher unwohles Gefühl im Raum. Für eine sehr kurze Nacht vor einem Flug ist die Unterkunft noch irgendwie machbar, aber wirklich wohlgefühlt haben wir uns nicht. Positiv ist lediglich die gute Lage mit einem 7-Eleven direkt im Gebäude bzw. unten im Haus.
