Zero assistenza. Ho prenotato per 3 persone e pagato per 3 ospiti. Non ci hanno dato lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani, né fatto il letto per il terzo ospite (che ha dormito nel divano di sotto con lenzuona non lavate e senza coperte adeguate). Ho contatto subito l'host e non mi ha mai risposto per aiutare o risolvere il problema. Né in chat, né al telefono. Siamo state completamente abbandonate. Poteva accadere qualcosa di pericoloso e non avremmo comunque ricevuto assistenza. Senza parole.

Appartement bien situé dans Madrid, bien équipé. 2 jeux de clés c'est pratique.

On aurait aimé des porte manteaux pour y accrocher manteaux et serviettes.

La ubicación. El trato personal y la disponibilidad En baño estaba bonito y reformado

Estructura poco insonorizada, lo que aumentaba mucho el ruido ambiental. La TV no estaba operativa. El colchón de la cama de abajo necesita mejorar el relleno.
