La televisión no funcionaba y les llamé y les escribí muchas veces y me ignoraron ni se molestaron en responderme o darme una solución para arreglármelo, la cama es muy incómoda tienes que estar subiendo a una litera alta no volvería solo por el mal trato que me dieron

Buf it wasn't. There were major problems in the communication. No reply to my questions. One night before the flight we didn't know how and when we would be able to take the apartment. Finally, they sent us a message. Even though we clearly said when we would be arriving, we had to wait an hour for the keys. And another half an hour 'because of the traffic'. Seriously... I would not call the place filthy, but it was definitely dirty. There were hairs all over the floor. A lot of them. The staff didn't clean properly. We had to make our bed. Pull cover over the blankets, pillows. I felt neglected. The flat itself is kind of okay. Kind of. There is no hanger for our shirts. No place to put our clothes. The location is good, though. It is annoying, because with just a little bit of care, this place could be awesome.

-Cute little apartment with nice decorations -Very good artifical Illumination -Quiet in the night -Bed big and comfortable enough -Close to the city center and public transport

-The toilet seat was not well mounted and didn't stay firm -The pans were still dirty from the inhabitants before us; -One of handkerchieves had some rusty stains ; -Tere was only one roll of toilet paper -There was a second unused stair for the bed and i don't know why...

Very good flat for one person, clean and very close to the metros

Great location, fairly easy check in and out. It’s little but manages to have all the amenities well distributed

*Not the properties fault* but the neighbours downstairs chain-smoke on the window, recommend to keep the windows closed weather permitting.
