De wasmachine 😂, omdat we een rondreis maken. Maar de locatie ten opzichte van diverse bezienswaardigheden was ook goed. We hebben geen metro gebruikt maar alles lopend gedaan.

El recepcionista poco profesional malas formas de hablar y dirigirse a los clientes parecía cansado o resacado no se mala actitud no volvería sin duda la atención al cliente es primordial en estos establecimientos y asesoramiento siempre se agradece sin duda .

Apartment difficult to find - there are no floor or door numbers, all doors look the same , no distinguishing features of doors. The owners were very rude when i requested help on this (after i’d tried a few of the neighbours locks!!) and implied I was stupid as i can’t follow instructions. Slow response time - initially the only correspondence i had were auto responses from the app. When i did get responses, some of them were in spanish and i don’t speak spanish. For specific things eg checkin instructions- I had to follow up repeatedly to get an answer. I dread to think what would have happened if there was some sort of after hours emergency No lift: had to carry heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs, in the heat Air conditioning was not effective and very loud. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise of the air conditioning and impossible to sleep without it due to heat. I actually considered checking out early due to this. I doubt the owners have bothered to visit this property in summer, otherwise they might realise that the air con is grossly ineffective and the heat makes the place inhabitable. Light: the entire space has only two small frosted windows that open into an internal air/light well. I didn’t open windows due to strong cigarette smell from outside. Key collection: is at a separate building to the actual apartment. This is very inconvenient with luggage Deposit: takes too long to be refunded - should be refunded upon checkout. I had to follow up on this Overall a very uncomfortable stay , there are far better places to stay in madrid at a similiar price point.
