Hermoso Estudio en Lavapiés - Wifi

Stylish, spacious and practical accommodation in the very heart of Lavapiés, very close to the metro. Good choice of restaurants in the area. Well equipped, nice en suite bathroom. We liked books about Lavapiés you can read in the apartment.

Just some details could be mended or fixed.

Great Location, very good directions for keys, great walks from the place. Fantastic places to eat locally and supermarket and metro just down the road.

A number on the door or description of where the flat was as it was dark when we arrived and we couldn't find the flat number, someone luckily told us it was the second building. But we had to try a few locks.

The apartment is well decorated and close to the center. The kitchen is well equipped.

The bed was not comfortable at all, as it was squeaky with every movement and the pillows were really flat. Maybe we wouldn't mind that if we could actually sleep, but because of the extremely thin walls and wooden stairs we weren't. We never saw any neighbors, but we could always hear them as they were really loud at night, throwing things and screaming. When we sent the message to the owners expressing our concern to the screaming and shouting, we never got a reply.

The location is a bad neighbourhood but close to the centre

They asked me to send the deposit the same day and they didn't give it back to me in full saying that I had smoked inside the apartment (which is not true) when I asked him for information they never answered me despite having written him many messages, not at all professional!!!

We enjoyed the spacious apartment which had a good kitchen with all the basic items you need aswell as a washing machine. Good directions to get to the apartment and is located a walking distance to the Plaza Mayor and other places.

The air conditioning felt like it didn’t work. It wasn’t a usual aircon, it was more of a portable aircon. Madrid reached 38 degrees at 10pm so we found the studio to be quite hot. Apartment is up 3 flights of stairs- no lift. Surrounding locations of the apartment felt a little bit unsafe
