Very nicely furnished, clean and overall cosy apartment. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely loved them. The apartment is quite dark (all windows go to the patio) and the walls are thick and cold- I suppose a plus during summer. Since we were in may, I was very cold at nights. There were thick blankets available, which saved me. The location is great. There are plenty restaurants and shops in thee area, many open till latę hours. The area is quite quiet overall. Tbh, Madrid positively surprised me, being so easy and quiet. The apartment building is nice, and as said, it is very quiet at night. Can recommend.

As all the windows go to small patios, you need to cover your windows pretty much all the time (if you want to avoid looking into neighbors windows ca. 2m away). But when you are away sightseeing all day, that's not a big issue. We had much difficulty reaching some dishes from the cupboards (they are veeeery high (we are two 1.6m tall women), and many useful dishes were put just below the ceiling) - I think a better idea would be a mix of essential dishes on the lower shelves (instead of e.g. 20 plates put lower, but no bowls within reach). I wish there had been some tea, coffee, salt, sugar and pepper provided. Tea is everything after a tough journey, esp. if you arrive at an odd hour. I think some paper towels could be useful as well, and perhaps more dishwashing liquid and toilet paper...

Great location — very close to the metro with many nice cafés, restaurants, and places nearby. The apartment was tidy, and communication with the host was excellent: quick, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay. Self check-in was convenient overall.

The apartment felt much smaller than expected. There was very little natural daylight, which made the space feel quite dark during the day. Some basic essentials were missing, such as salt, sugar, and coffee. The mattresses were unfortunately not very comfortable. There were also a few practical issues during the stay - only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for four people staying five days, and the cutting board in the kitchen had visible mold on it, which should definitely be replaced. We also experienced occasional problems with the entry code and once the Wi-Fi stopped working after disconnecting.

Los colchones estaban hundidos y había poco papel higiénico. Había poco espacio en la habitación de la cama doble.

Excelente experiencia, piso muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo necesario...
