located in the middle of Madrid. It is around 10-minute walk from the Gran Via Metro Station. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a coffee machine and boiler kettle, and a bathroom. The bed is comfortable. The WiFi speed is good. The wash machine has dryer functions! The checkin/checkout are convenient.

There are no hanger or holder of clothes for the shower.

"Nice appartament in Chueca. Very comfortable and quiet."

This apartment facilities and space distribution is very nice and comfortable. It has good heating devices, and also kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is also nice with good water pressure. The location is very central of Madrid, so metro stations, stores, restaurants and also Parque del Retiro are near. About the keys, the apartment has this modern door, so we got opened remotely, and keys were inside.

great localization

the waste of time for check in… and the fact that there are works on the upper floor and they did not inform this small detail and it disturbs the rest in the morning and in the afternoon.
