Location and how specious the apartment was. Has most of the amenities. Very comfortable

1- entry code. Wish there were keys to open the apartment door. If your cell phone doesn’t have charge or you don’t take it with you. You can’t get into the apartment 2- the building has no lift or elevator. It is on the 2nd floor above the floor 0. Basically, it is on the 3 floor.

The apartment is very comfortable. Location is great – right in the city center, perfect for walking around.

The apartment needs some renovation. The heating could be better, as it’s quite cold during the winter.
