Amazing location, spacious, comfortable

There were cockroaches, 2 in the bathroom, 1 in the kitchen, and 1 in one of the bedrooms. I can’t stand roaches, so this was a big inconvenience. But I do want to highlight that the apartment felt very clean, and we believed the roaches had to do more with the building than the actual apartment. Other than this, we loved the property, and we would definitely stay again.

The place was perfect for us. We travel with my daughter and the kids. Was very spacious and privet for all of us.

The location

My first and stronger complain is get queen beds when is sold like have king beds in the rooms I sleep with my baby in the bed and if I know the beds are small I will never stay in this place, the second reason I didn’t like it is out of the owner hands but be prepared to have lots of noises people running in the top floor at 1 am. Any kind of condiments in the kitchen neither salt or pepper and the cookware is very very basic. I can write lots of little detail that can improve this place but I am going to leave it here.

Second time at this property, primarily for the excellent location in the heart of Madrid, but not in the overly busy areas. Great apartment, with an excellent view from the dining room. As a plus since last time, we now had a welcome package (although the wine turned out to be a 3 EUR bottle).

Some people entered the apartment on Wednesday only to restock soaps & such - useful, but unexpected and weird, since we left all our things spread around. Also, the apartment started to wear down, there was some mold here and there, but minimal.

I like the apartment and the area and the furniture and the location

I didn’t like the service team , they are not flexible and they don’t answer when you send them massages. Also the cleaning team was supposed to come twice and it didn’t.
