The staff are really helpful. Getting the key was so much with comfort. Response time was great. The apartment itself is so much more comfortable. Clean toiletries. Well arranged rooms. Well, it's everything home away from home for us.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located.

It took me a minute to figure out how to use the stove and clothes washing machine. A little guidance would have helped.

The apartment is on the first floor in a nice building, which is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There was a market & pharmacy right next door and a few groceries a block away. It was very big, clean and had a nice smell. The bedsheet and towels were very white and changed after a few days. We were a family of 5 and never had a problem with hot water. Wifi was ok. The apartment came with complete cleaning materials- vacuum cleaner, broom & dustpan, mop.

The kitchen equipment was ok but could have been more complete.
