La ubicación es fantástica y el piso, a pesar de ser pequeñito, contiene todo lo esencial. Es cómodo y todo estaba limpio.

Se escucha bastante el ruído de los vecinos y del ascensor, por lo que nos costó dormir en algún momento.

La ubicación es lo mas destacado del departamento. Cocina y baños confortables

Cuando arribé al alojamiento no fui avisado que el ascensor estaba momentaneamente fuera de servicio. Somos un matrimonio de +60 años y tuve que subir 5 PISOS POR ESCALERA CON 40 KILOS DE EQUIPAJE. No es culpa del dueño, pero podrían haber preguntado sobre nuestra edad. No todo tiene que ser ganancia. Podrian haber contratado una persona para que suba las maletas. Además el aire acondicionado es portatil y de pocas frigorias. Con 39 °c tardaba 3 horas en enfriar. Muy ruidoso e incómodo por su ubicación

Great attention from the owner and staff, communication was very good from the time we reserved, up to arrival to property. Check in was easy to access and elevator was a plus. A nice size apartment for a couple, good equipped with all things you'll need for your stay. Location right in the middle of La Latina lots of restaurants, bars, cafe's, night gatherings all around. Would stay again.

Just need a little update on the decor and a washer would have been nice.
