Nice location.

Owner acts like stalker not like a host. He was unpleasant few times. Especially when we informed that we've noticed a few essentials are missing, including mugs (only 2 so there is no possibility to prepare coffe and tea at the same time), a kettle, and a cutting board - he told us to prepare tea in saucepan. This is not a service I expected for 130 eur per night.

Such a lovely place. Central location. Close to everywhere. The room is cozy and clean. The host is very responsive and friendly.

Location is perfect! Walkable to every attraction. Handy dandy elevator for those with suitcases. clean and well maintained. we arrived in madrid after sunset but the host was nice to welcome us at the unit.

The location was perfect. The host was excellent and the area was exceptional.

Some mold in the shower and the table stools could have been a little more comfortable.

Everything - location, cleanliness, size was appropriate and good facilities.

Apartment was in a very good location. Apartment was small, but nice. There was a small lift which made it easy to get to the fifth floor rental. Would stay there again.

The air conditioner was loud and not effective or efficient at cooling the apartment. The key to the front door of the building is very difficult to get it to unlock the door to the building. Had to rely on people coming or going to open the door; otherwise you might be there for about five minutes to get the door open.

the door does not seal so there is a lot of noise coming from the staircase into the apartment which made it hard to sleep in the night due to neighbours and in the day due to construction / moving into the building (which started in the early hours of the morning)
