W3Inn LA LATINA (Cava Baja 30)

Very spacious, clean apartment in central location. The neighbourhood is safe and I never felt uncomfortable there. Everything interesting is in walking distance. The owner of the apartment responded immediately to any questions. A wonderful place to stay.

Everything. One of the best apartments that were visited over a five week period. This property gets it right on many levels. Well designed, very well laid out and resources this place is simply wonderful to stay in. A great location both on the street the property is on as well as city access. Lovely reception by the owners son.

The front door.to reduce lift corridor noise a sound proof door would make this property ¹1/10.

Apartment had everything I needed for my stay, located in a street with loads of bars and restaurants but not noisy because it's on the 5th floor and faces away from the street. Only 5 minutes walk from the main square and close to metro.

The lock on the door to the apartment building (not the apartment itself) was a bit temperamental - on several occasions I had to rely on other residents to let me in or use the garage entrance.

Central location. Very clean. Restaurants and shops nearby. Good facilities. Close to metro station. Very helpful host!!! She waited for us even though we arrived late.

You could hear the neighbours as the apartment is near the elevator, only noticeable in the morning mostly. Water boiler kept making sounds, but you get used to it fast.
