The apartment is small, I wouldn´t recommend it for 3 people. I think for 2 people it still works.

Great location, It is close to busy street and night life area but little noise you can hear in the room. A good supermarket--DIA nearby so you can buy fresh fruit and diary.

How clean the flat was. It felt very welcoming

Great location to explore Madrid. Comfortable studio with washing machine. Large bathroom.

Location, couldn't ask for better. You probably think it will be noisy given the location but inward facing so no street noise whatsoever. Small and compact, perfect for a short stay. Bed amazingly comfy. Great fridge freezer and everything you'd need in a kitchen were you to cook.

For those looking for a view this isn't the apartment for you. Didn't bother us, just somewhere to sleep for a few days while you're out exploring.

There was a moldy type smell in the room. The bed wasn't a comfortable size for a couple but we would have had to pay an extra 60 euros for sheets to use on the couch which is totally unreasonable like a 3rd person was staying in the room which wasn't the case. I have been to many capitals in Europe and have never been asked to pay a price for an extra set of sheets for a couch.. The apartment was difficult to find within the building the 1st time as the instructions were not clear. The price was too expensive for this room and we would not stay here again. Clearly it is overcharged just for the location and not the actual facility being offered.

The property was neat, perfect for preparing your own meal and after 3 weeks of traveling do some small washing, bathroom was spacious. everything we wanted.

Great location close to restaurants and tourists attractions.

Perfect location as most of the key tourist places are within a walking distance. No need to use trasport. It is on the first floor through a clean entrance hall and short staircase. The apartment is a single room, well-zoned. Sufficient space in the bathroom (no bath, but a shower cabin). Warm which was important in cold early December. Fully equipped kitchen, i.e. a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, a washing machine, an electric cooker plus kitchen utensils. Good Wifi. It was sooo good that the host and previous guests have left some coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and sugar so that the apartment was made even more comfortable.

Don't expect a nice view from the window which looks into a very narrow and small courtyard. On the other hand, it guarantees that city noises won't bother you at night. Soundproofing is arguable, but all dwellers behave well and get quiet timely.
