"Cozy room, fabulous location"

Fabulous location, walking distance to so many places. But fairly quiet despite the flurry of activity below. Communication re directions to location was terrific. Easy contactless entry. Appreciated the light duvet in the closet for a bit more weight/warmth.

Excellent and prompt communication. Location exactly where we wanted, Very, very clean. Well equipped - washer, iron, hairdryer, extra pillows, ample coathangers, little extras here and there, comfortable bed. effective A/C - I could go on - but in short a very comfortable place to stay.

Lack of natural light - the window faced a rear wall BUT the upside to that is it was quieter - even though the building is situated in a popular night time area. The lift mentioned in the amenities didn't serve our floor - just the upper floors - and there 17 plus 10 steps up to the flat - not an issue unless a guest has mobility problems.
