Its a clean spacious property at a very good location.

Noisy and crowded street. It was too hot in the apartment and the a/c didn’t work properly. Reported it to the host as well, but no one came around for maintenance.

You couldn't ask for a more central location. Plaza Major, Sol and Opera are all within 2-7 minute walk with access to the metro, which is super convenient and easy to use. Plenty of restaurants and cafes and a grocery store within minutes of this apartment and the Royal Palace is also within a 10 minute walk. We had 3 adults staying and were plenty comfortable with the two bedrooms and having two bathrooms was very nice. Plenty of room in the living area to relax after a day of sight seeing before going out to dinner. We didn't cook but the kitchen was sufficient and also had a washing machine which was nice.

Everything was very good. Only things I would say is we did have to wait over 30 minutes before someone met us to let us in and they were supposed to come back and fill the soap dispensers in the bathrooms and showers but never did. But those are minor compared to the location and everything else about the apartment.

Good location, Very close to plaza mayor.

Sometimes when we need help they did not response our messages.Any thing else is good.
