Location, location, location!!

The bathrooms were very small.

Absolutely amazing location very close by to top historical buildings. The streets are bustling and never dull. There are various restaurants and convenience shops seconds away. The apartment itself has a lovely look and one of the rooms being tiny wasn’t a big issue since the living room is quite spacious and has a sofa bed.

The fact that the staff doesn't even know a single word in english,in the center of madrid(a tourist area) is unacceptable and made the communication not possible

Location was good

Check in was a disaster. The entry system to the apartment door failed. Contacted host, after a long time someone arrived to assist and we were met with rudeness and frustration over the battery in the apartment lock system not working and hac to stand outside the apartment whilst battery changes and tests took place. Not a welcoming or smooth start and delayed our first day. Apartment fine but wouldn't use again due to the entry hassle.

Great location the dishwasher is a plus easy to check-in and check-out

The space needs a little updating

We LOVED the location. it was walking distance to almost all places, puerta del sol, mercado de san miguel, Gran via, Museo del Prado (20 min walk). and then the rain started and it was just even more beautiful. we couldn' t get away from the balcony to watch the streets and people running!

Everything else inside the house was bad and poor quality. Starting with the person that met us that was simply rude. she was inside the house for about 45 seconds. Only showed the location for the air conditioner but didn't even stopped to explain. The house smelled such a strong perfume that it gave me and my oldest kid a headache, when i texted her how to turn it off she told me that was a triangle on the wall. I should find it and turn off. so I sent a picture of 2 things that were on the wall and she replied which one but there was no button so i just left outside on the balcony. The dishes were still inside the dishwasher and the ones that weren't were dry leftover food on it. You can tell that everything is poor quality inside (pillows, mattress, couch, dishes). They also said that Parking was available but never mentioned that it was for extra cost and public...for who rents a car this is very important since parking is rare and expensive. And to top it off, only when you make through with the reservation, is that they add another $70 for cleaning...which it wasn't. The floor was dusty, the throw pillows with some disgusting stains...ewwww. if you only mind location, you will love it, but DEFINETELLY not good for the money. will NEVER stay again.
