Bed bugs, horrible shower experience

If you're traveling alone or as a couple who enjoy nightlife, along with great food and drinks, this apartment is perfect for you. You don't have to go looking for restaurants and bars because they're right below the apartment. It is located on a street renowned for its great dining and nightlife. Additionally, the location is convenient as the market and plazas are within walking distance, and it's not far from Palacio Real de Madrid and the cathedral.

If you are traveling with more than 3 people, this apartment is not for you. It is quite small. As many reviews stated, the photos of the upper floor and balcony are highly likely not what you are booking. It is a one-bedroom apartment, so if you are 3 or 4 people, 2 people have to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Moreover, our arrival at this apartment was on the 16th day of our trip, we discovered that it ran out of hot water faster than any of the others we had stayed in previously. If 3 or 4 people try to shower around the same time, 2 people may have to shower with cold water. If you are sensitive to noise, this apartment is not for you. It is located on a street where all the good restaurants and bars are. The outside of the apartment was very noisy throughout the night. You can hear people laughing, yelling, singing all night. If you cannot sleep with noise, this is not an option to consider. If you are planning to check in here with a car, this one is not for you. Due to the location, there are many people, especially on weekends. The place does not provide any parking space, so you have to park in a nearby parking lot, which is very expensive. The host provides some options, but the places that are inexpensive are very far away from the apartment, and they didn't provide any pick-up service as the host described.

Location is excellent as in the centre of madrid, with bars etc on doorstep.

The apartment was basic, with simple things such ad full length mirror, lamps in living room and coat hooks missing. We paid for the balcony but it's more anuiket one where ACunit and cleaning utensils stored. Shower was tough to use (possibly previous guests had altered?) Noisy from neighbours and cigarette smoke in space as soon as Windows were opened

It was clean the check in instructions very clear including pictures so couldnt fault that part of it . Main bed was good and the bathroom clean

The apartment pictures were inaccurate or we where given the wrong apartment we had no balcony you could sit on the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the location was very noisy. The glass bins emptied right outside the apartment at 2 o clock in the morning then they power washed the pavement at 5 o clock for one whole hour. we only stayed for a night so didnt complain but if i had stayed longer i would of.

Location is perfect. We liked everything. 20 mins to railwaystation. 5-10 mins to metro station.

Great location.

A bit tight. Kitchen is the sofa bed space.
