Great location. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Plaza Mayor. Host is flexible - allowing me to place luggages earlier at the apartment then return at check-in time 3pm, which was a great help.

The sound proof of the building. Can be very loud, even residents walking up and down the stairs.

Posizione centrale, comoda a plaza mayor e alla zona centrale di Madrid. Stanza pulita. Stazioni metro nei paraggi. Check in semplice e accessibile H24. Staff disponibile online.

Location. Location

Adelaide response to emergency calls. When the smoke alarm went off , at night, hard to find someone to respond. From 11:00 to 2:30 am, I was trying to find a response and action while alarm sound was driving all guests crazy, we we didn't know what to do. Also, slow response to reset the lift . Lift was out of order for almost a day. Alarm system never attended to while we were there, after 4 days of fault.

Muy centrico

La cama demasiado blandita y ademas la habitación queda en el segundo piso del mismo piso con una escalera en espiral muy angosta y nada de esto se advierte en la publicidad del piso. Es riesgosa para personas de edad o familia con niños

"Madrid siempre sorprende"

La limpieza y la situación, en pleno centro de Madrid. Una calle con mucho ambiente pero una vez dentro no se oía nada.

El problema del aparcamiento. Los dos parking más cercanos son carísimos para dejarlos toda la noche: 38€ el del mercado y 36€ el de La latina. El low Cost es con horario hasta las 12 de la noche y está lejísimos.
