Apartments Madrid Plaza Mayor-Cava baja

The location was great. The apartment was very clean. The washing machine worked very well, and detergent was provided. There were instructions on how to use the appliances. I liked the apartment enough that this was the second time I stayed there.

Although the apartment was quiet from the outside noise when the windows were close, you could hear the neighbor above you. Noisy family moved in spoiling the experience.

Fantastic location, close to the Plaza Mayor, Palace and Mercado San Miguel. Lots of restaurants and bars close by as well. Well worth getting the apartment with the roof terrace as it had loads of light from the huge windows and it was a great place to chill out and relax, especially in the morning looking out over the rooftops and listening to the sounds of the city.

There was more noise in the morning in the second bedroom downstairs.

Apartment was great, clean and nice, smooth check-in, check-out. Location of the Apartment was great, near of all the attractions by walk. I really reccomed this Apartment :). Thank you for s great holiday, we really enjoyed :)

The location was perfect,close to what we wanted to see and tapas restaurants all over! A comfortable space for 2 adults & 2 teenagers to sleep and relax and the noise from the street wasnt bad at all.. The host always responded quickly to me even before we arrived,whenever I would ask something. We would definitely stay there again!

Only thing, hot water kinda ran out quickly but that could've been my teens! Haha.

The location was amazing, so easy to get to the central squares, walkable to everything we wanted to see, and yet we were able to still find bars and restaurants nearby frequented by local residents. We also enjoyed the terrace of the penthouse apartment. Apartment was nice. Internet was reliable.

My confirmation email came to me in German. When we arrived and needed further instructions, I called the number provided and while they resent me instructions to get into the space, they were not particularly friendly. The apartment, while stating that occupancy is 7 persons max, was still a little tight, although the pictures were true, perhaps the angle of the pictures make the space look bigger?. Our party was 4 adults with 3 children, so I am not sure if 7 adults would be comfortable.

Apartment was really small, stove wasn’t working, asked to the manager and they suggested to use microwave. Washer machine wasn’t working neither. The upper lever shower didn’t have hot water. No body was able to use that bathroom because water was extremely cold. Also, they charged me $60 extra dollars because I forgot to add my mom and dad to the check in process.
