Arrivals after 11:00 PM must be requested in advance: * From 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM: €35 surcharge. * From 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM: €50 surcharge. Check-in is not possible after 2:00 AM. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. In the event of lost keys or a lockout due to keys being left inside the apartment, the cost of the locksmith will be €150, to be paid directly by the guest. Please note that last-minute reservations may result in a check-in delay of up to 2 hours from the usual time.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Très bon emplacement, proche du métro et d'une station de bus. Équipements suffisants. Matelas fermés et confortables. Personnel réactif.

Mobilier et appartement un peu vieillot qui mériterait une rénovation. Porte de la douche démontée à notre arrivée (mais réparée dès le lendemain). Volet roulant cassé dans une chambre qui n'a pas été réparé pendant notre séjour. Il manquait le gel douche/shampooing malgré la confirmation du personnel qu'il y en aurait. C'est dommage qu'il ne soit pas entretenu et qu'il n'y ait pas de visite régulière de l'appartement pour vérifier ce qui va et ce qui ne va pas.

Comfortable accommodation in a great location. Facilties are excellent. Communication with host was great before, during, and after our stay.
