MODERN AND BRIGHT APARTMENT Plaza Elíptica -MAGIN

Appartamento spazioso e parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Metropolitana sotto casa.

Mobilio vecchio e per lo più danneggiato (cucina e bagno) - aria condizionata solo nella sala e in una sola delle 3 camere e con raccolta condensa in casa. Cucina piuttosto spoglia - in definitiva un solo bagno + un WC con lavandino. Poco adatta alla calda Madrid di agosto se per soggiorni medio-lunghi.

It is really close to the metro station. The apartment it is basically well equiped, including the kitchen. The host was reachable and answering relatively quickly (but practically without solving the request in time). Even without asking we got two pairs of keys, which was helpful. Additionally it was possible to enter the apartment through internet application.

6 of us spent there 3 nights in the beginning of March, the weather was rather cold. The first two days and nights there was no heating and no warm water, the boiler didn't work. I asked the host for solving the problem. She was ready to answer, but practically didn't really help. On the last day finally she sent somebody to solve it. Still before our arrival I asked for an additional blanket, but she was not ready to give, saying that the apartment has everything for the needs of 6 persons. Maybe it is a subjective matter, but the beds were not so comfortable (too soft).

We stayed at the apartment 23rd November 2023 until the 26th. We were a group of 6 adult Greek people , 3 females , 3 males. The transportation from Madrid airport is rather easy and you just switch one metro line and it takes 40 minutes more or less altogether to reach the metro stop Plaza Eliptica which is located right below the apartment. Very very convenient transportation.Bus stops are also right below the apartment that take you directly to center or wherever you need across Madrid.The apartment it self is located on the 11th floor of a big complex highrise building so be ready for good views,When we arrived at the apartment there were clean sheets , clean towels for all 6 people and some bathroom amenities as well. Internet was with good speed and always on. Will deffinetely visit Casa Eliptica apartment again Tip:Plaza Eliptica is a good starting point for a day trip in Toledo as well. The buses depart from right below the apartment!

The surrounding area isnt the best, but at no time we felt fear or disregard not even a bit. A Madrid working class neighborhood with lots of families and kids. (Get your english translators ready because except the host/s who were always ready to answer everything in English , we couldnt find a lot of people to communicate in English) Hot water,which was not enough for the 6 of us , but with patience and waiting a bit to reboil everything is ok.
