Pedir uma caução de 200 euros depois de eu ter feito o pagamento do booking, e nao ser avisado antes da reserva Ter deixado uma caução de 200 euros para estragos E nao feito uma vistoria ao quarto antes de entramos E também no final Enviamos varias fotos no dia da nosssa entrada para confirmar as varias lacunas A cama é horrível, nao se pode la dormir Para poder entrar é mesmo complicado Tivemos mais de uma hora para poder aceder ao nosso apartamento

La ubicación por el sitio en donde tenía que trabajar. El piso es funcional, pero tiene algunos detalles que con poco más de cariño lo pueden mejorar muchísimo. Es un lugar tranquilo y siempre tiene seguridad que te ayudan con la entrada al edificio.

La fianza es un pago como tal (no una retención, tener en cuenta). El acceso con llave por el link del móvil, no funciona, nunca funcionó, lo mejor es tener siempre la llave física y abrir con la llave la puerta de entrada al edificio. En el baño hay bastantes bichos, no sé si de humedad pero se ven todo el tiempo. La cama hace ruido en todo momento, el colchón ya necesita un cambio. Tienes cosas para cocinar pero tenes que comprar todo, no hay ni un trapo o repasador, nada básico como algunos sobre de sal o aceite pequeño y no hay horno como indica la publicación.
