Le quartier est calme avec un cinéma à côté.

Déconseillé – Une expérience très décevante L’accès à l’appartement est très mal organisé : le code d’entrée n’est envoyé qu’à l’heure pile de l’arrivée, sans aucun numéro de téléphone communiqué au préalable pour faciliter les échanges. À mon arrivée, on m’a imposé de payer la caution en ligne, sans accepter le paiement en espèces. Cela m’a causé de sérieux problèmes : le paiement a été bloqué, et j’ai dû faire appel à un ami pour pouvoir terminer le checking. De plus, l’appartement se trouve à plus d’une heure du centre-ville de Madrid, ce qui est très éloigné. J’étais avec ma famille (3 adultes et 2 enfants), mais l’équipement ne permet d’accueillir que 3 personnes maximum. Le mobilier est en mauvais état : le matelas et les canapés nous ont causé d’atroces douleurs cervicales et dorsales. Le four ne fonctionne plus, alors qu’il est essentiel pour réchauffer des plats comme des pizzas.

Parecía moderno, limpio y cuidado por las fotos

No tenía que ver con las fotos, estaba sucio, la cama de matrimonio rota, el sofá roto que no se podía abrir y sucio, el horno no funcionaba , armarios de cocina rotos, y suelo y mobiliario super sucio. Le faltaba el estor de la puerta del salón lo que hacía que entrara toda la luz
