"FAKE GOOD REVIEWS, HORRIBLY DIRTY, SCAM"

THE BIGGEST SCAM

- horribly dirty, hair everywhere - totally different than on the photos - old and destroyed furniture - different address - no communication - fake good reviews (i am from the czech rep and i guarantee you there is no one named "gonzales" as in reviews - just look into the reviews carefully and you will see the pattern - out of nowhere they wanted us to pay €200 as deposit (eventhough we were not informed about this before), otherwise they wouldn't send us self check in info and we would loose what we already paid. Then they were holding the money for more than a week and stopped to communicate until i contacted the booking.com support

Ubicación, y el personal responde rápido.

El código de la puerta no funcionaba y nos entregaron las llaves magnéticas que tampoco funcionaban. Finalmente utilizamos un tercer código facilitado por el personal del establecimiento. Los colchones eran muy incómodos y el sofá cama se rompió la primera noche, por lo que tuvimos que dormir con el colchón averiado. Vinieron a repararlo en seguida, pero dejaron las herramientas y el suelo sucio tras la intervención. La limpieza general fue bastante justa.
