Greate location and comfortable appartment.

El piso es ideal para ir un fin de semana. Es cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario. Esta limpio. Tiene detalles como paraguas, cafe, el anfitrión nos dejó una botella de vino de cortesía. La decoración es moderna y todo esta en excelentes condiciones.

Tiene poca luz.

Excelente ubicación. Cerca de los centros comerciales, bares y supermercados. Nosotros éramos 3 estamos cómodas fácil acceso a la hora de ingresar Volvería.

The location was very convenient, with many things nearby. Gran Vía and the city center were within walking distance, and there was a metro station close to the apartment, which made getting around Madrid very easy. The check-in process was smooth and convenient thanks to the access code system.

There were several issues that affected our stay. First, the apartment door could only be locked and unlocked with the key, even from the inside. This was inconvenient and impractical because if one person left with the key, the person staying inside could neither lock nor unlock the door to go out. The apartment also lacked natural daylight since the windows only faced an interior courtyard. It felt quite dark during the day. In addition, the apartment was far too small for three people, especially the bathroom, which was extremely cramped. There was also a serious issue with the bathroom drainage, causing a very strong and unpleasant smell throughout the stay ... Finally, there was visible humidity damage on the walls, including stains, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained.
