Luxury Belmont Puerta del Sol

Una ubicacion privilegiada, cerca de todo, realmente con mi familia nos sentimos como en casa. Fallo el sistema automatico de apertura justo el dia que llegamos, pero siempre me contactaron para mantenerme informado y don Hugo corrio para solucionar el problema, que aunque fue algo pequeño, demuestra la preocupacion y el compromiso con los clientes. De volver a Madrid, volveria a quedarme en esta ubicación!!

Location was excellent. Walking distance to everything. Washing machine and refrigerator were a plus. There was a large smart TV in the room, which was nice in the evening when we returned.

This is not a four- star luxury apartment. It is tired and worn. Not sure how it got that rating. There were no sheets for the pullout sofa, which we laid on while watching TV. The mattress protector had a hole in it. Some of the pillows had no pillowcases.

A better selection of tea and coffee would be great.

The apartment is in a good central location, close to Plaza Mayor, and the sights of Madrid

Other reviews said that the property was in need of updating and decorating and I agree with this - the fixtures and fittings all look tired and the paintwork is scuffed and grubby.

Location good but also a bit noisy early morning.

Fabulous location, our 3rd floor apartment had gorgeous views up and down the street from the balcony. The living room was bright and airy with two balcony windows. Across the street was an authentic cafe frequented by locals where you could have churros and great coffee. The property was also within easy walking distance to Atocha train station and many major hot spots.

The property needs a bit of attention (paint and parquetry floors) and there are some unpleasant odours that need to be sorted. Also we couldn’t get the ‘free’ streaming services to work.
