Luxury Belmont Puerta del Sol

Great location, cozy decoration

Very noisy neighborhood, windows doesn't shut well. Not super clean once we arrive. Anyway bed sheets and linens were OK.

The apartment was a nice size and clean. Washer worked but no dryer, you have to hang clothes in a line in this light shaft, Really closed to plaza del sol and train. Elevators work thank god(because you're in the 3rd floor) really happy with the amenities.

On the first night the people on the floor above had a party from 2am until 8am with loud music. It was awful I couldn't sleep. I text it the manager the next day and said I could've call the cops!😆...i know is not their fault but I thought 10pm was quit hour. It was so loud!.

Great location in the heart of Madrid, the apartment is very comfortable and decorated in very good taste! The kitchen has everything you need, and the check in and out were super easy

The bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The windows are large and the ceilings are high, making the apartment very bright and charming. It was clean and well taken care of. The AC worked great.

There were only 2 sets of keys, even though we paid extra for 3 guests. There was an extra pillow but no extra pillow case. The living/dining room is small with the sofa bed open.

The location was excellent, equidistant from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The instructions for access were easy and the staff really responsive.

The washing machine spin cycle didn't appear to work very well.

Apartment right in the centre of town. I minute from the main square. Metro nearby though didn't need to use it as walked everywhere. Hosts very responsive.

The bathroom. The shower was very disappointing. We were there in March and the bathroom was not heated so was very cold
