Inside the apartment you have absolutely everything you need for your stay. It’s fully equipped.

The sofa bed is super uncomfortable so I wouldn’t say the apartment is for 4 people. The hot water is very limited for a family to take a shower before going out. The outside of the apartment doesn’t match with the pictures it has in booking.com, because of construction work.
